In July 2011, the Association of Accredited Public Health Programs (AAPHP) was officially launched. All of our AAPHP Members Programs are accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health and we serve our 'Associate Members' who are actively seeking CEPH accreditation. We continue to provide valuable resources to those CEPH accredited graduate and undergraduate programs, and assist our associate members as they prepare their 'self-studies' to successfully obtain CEPH accreditation. While the roots of our organization can be traced to community health education and ‘CAMP’, our evolving AAPHP organization maintains a commitment to be an invaluable resource and advocate for undergraduate and graduate training programs that prepare science-practitioners for the public health workforce.
The Association of Accredited Public Health Programs supports, represents, and advances current and emerging accredited public health programs in preparing a competent public health workforce and advancing the science and practice of population-based health.
